This Squad is for competitive swimmers seeking to make finals or medals at the Open/Age National Championships. A high level of commitment is expected, along with a mature and responsible attitude towards training.

The National Performance Squad caters for athletes aged primarily 16 and above.

Swimmers in this squad must attend 8-9 sessions per week. These swimmers have access to a comprehensive dry-land program that includes musculoskeletal screening and individually tailored strength conditioning.

The Head Coach determines individual practice requirements based on age, training background and ability.

The Head Coach invites swimmers to be a member of this squad.
